The Clock Institute is a 501(c)(3) based in San Diego. We mentor educators across their careers and connect them with the schools and leaders who hire them — teachers and administrators alike. Independent of any single district by design. Our first program launches in fall 2026.
Our first program, Teacher of the Future, launches in San Diego County in fall 2026. Thirty first-year teachers paired with six experienced instructional leaders for a full school year — two cohort gatherings, a mid-year dinner, and direct access to a mentor between events.
We’ll run it, study it, and use what we learn to build the next one.
