Experienced instructional leaders — lead teachers, coaches, and principals. Each one mentors a pod of five teachers.
A fall kickoff and a spring close, with a small-group dinner between.
One full school year, fall through spring. A real commitment, time-bounded.
A full-day kickoff. Panel discussion, small-group case studies, conversations with our partner organizations, a session on how the program works, and a matching mixer. Teachers learn their mentor and pod assignment at the end of the day.
Each pod meets at a local restaurant for a facilitated dinner. Everyone shares one challenge they’re working through and one recent success. The mentor collects written reflections to bring back at the spring event.
Each pod runs its own group chat. Teachers can call or text their mentor anytime. We check in monthly but mostly stay out of the way.
A spring closing event. Teachers share growth reflections developed with their mentor, the cohort celebrates completion, and the program transitions into an alumni network they can return to.
